Back to Annual Conference

The 2010 MACHE Exhibit Hall is FULL. While we are no longer accepting applications for exhibiting, we will continue to accept applications for our literature bags through February, 2010.

2011 Conference Exhibitor Information

On September 1, 2010, MACHE will begin planning the 2011 Exhibit Hall.

Returning Exhibitors who have participated with us within the past three years will be considered for the next Conference.

To be considered as a new Exhibitor for the 2011 Conference, please send the following preliminary information to MACHE after September 1, 2010:

  • a brief biographical sketch of yourself and your 'business'
  • a brochure or catalogue of your 'business'
  • a sample of what you would be selling at the MACHE Conference
  • your web address, if applicable

Please note that submitted materials cannot be returned to you. Send your correspondence to:

Conference Exhibit Hall Director
MACHE
P.O. Box 32308
Fridley, MN 55432

Product and Service Guidelines
The products or services you sell at your booth should be of educational use to home educating families. The MACHE Board makes the final decision as to which Exhibitors are invited to participate in the Exhibit Hall. Please note that MACHE reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibit without explanation.

Advertising and Bagging Service
All invited Exhibitors, whether or not they are able to attend the MACHE annual Conference, may also participate in two additional advertising opportunities.

  • Conference Program Booklet: a 32-page booklet containing details of the conference weekend and numerous Exhibitor advertisements, distributed at the conference to over 5,000 attendees
  • Conference Bags: a collection of advertising flyers of various homeschool-related businesses, distributed at the conference to each of the 3,000 attending families. MACHE has chosen to use AllianceBags.com as its bagging service.
To take advantage of either or both of these two advertising opportunities, you must first submit information about your product, as described above, and be accepted as an Exhibitor. If you are accepted as an Exhibitor, you will receive further information about these two opportunities in your Exhibitor Invitation Letter. You do not need to attend the MACHE Conference to participate; but you must meet the same qualifications as an invited Exhibit Hall Exhibitor

Typical Timeline for application and approval

  • September 1 – MACHE will begin reviewing preliminary information from potential new Exhibitors.
  • Mid-September – all Exhibitors selected by the MACHE Board will receive a letter of invitation and instructions for registering online for the Conference Exhibit Hall. This information explains all the details of exhibiting, including costs and availability of workshop times; using our Conference bagging service; and purchasing advertising in the Conference Program booklet. Exhibitors who have participated with us within the past three years will be considered for the next Conference.
  • Early November – deadline for receipt of all applications from Exhibitors who wish to have their names included in the Conference Brochure. If space in the Exhibit Hall is still available after this deadline, you may still submit an application. However, your name might not be able to be listed in the Conference Brochure because of publication deadlines.
  • January 1 – The Conference Brochure will be mailed to all of the previous three years' attendees and all MACHE members. MACHE Conference registration will begin.
  • Early March – deadline for those wishing to use our bagging service. This deadline varies yearly according to the date of our annual conference. Contact MACHE for the current deadline date at 763-717-9070 (866-717-9070).

NOTE: MACHE will continue to invite new Exhibitors until the Exhibit Hall is full. A notice will be printed at the top of this webpage when the MACHE Exhibit Hall is full.
