2008 Exhibitors...

The 2008 Exhibit Hall is now full. Make plans to exhibit with us at our 2009 Conference.

On September 1, 2008, MACHE will begin planning the 2009 Exhibit Hall. To be considered as a new Exhibitor for the 2009 Conference, please send the following preliminary information to MACHE after September 1, 2008:

• a brief biographical sketch of yourself and your 'business'
• a brochure or catalogue of your 'business'
• a sample of what you would be selling at the MACHE Conference

Product and Service Guidelines
The products or services you sell at your booth should be of educational use to home educating families. The MACHE Board makes the final decision as to which Exhibitors are invited to participate in the Exhibit Hall. Please note that MACHE reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibit without explanation.

Typical Timeline for application and approval
September 1 – MACHE will begin reviewing preliminary information from potential new Exhibitors.
Mid-October – all Exhibitors selected by the MACHE Board will receive a letter of invitation and an application form for the 2009 Conference Exhibit Hall. This information explains all the details of exhibiting, including costs and availability of workshop times; using our Conference bagging service; and purchasing advertising in the Conference Program booklet. Exhibitors who have participated with us within the past three years will automatically be considered for the next Conference and will receive this letter of invitation.
Mid-November – deadline for receipt of all applications from Exhibitors who wish to have their names included in the Conference Brochure. If space in the Exhibit Hall is still available after this deadline, you may still submit an application. However, your name may not appear in the Conference Brochure that is mailed to all of the previous year’s attendees and all MACHE members. MACHE will continue to invite new Exhibitors until the Exhibit Hall is full.
