“One day,” “partial day,” or “exhibit hall only” passes are not available.

GenJ TeenTrack: Because we are again limited by the size of the room available, only those students between ages 13-19 years old may register to attend iAdvocate, the Generation Josua teen track. Registration will close when maximum occupancy is reached. The $35 fee includes a $5 one-year membership with Generation Joshua. iAdvocate will be meting off site at the DoubleTree Hotel.

Registering online helps MÂCHÉ keep conference costs lower. MÂCHÉ members who are logged-in to their member account before beginning their conference registration will receive a $25 discount at checkout. Click the green "Register Online" bar along the side of the conference web page to begin.

January 1 - January 31 --- EARLY ONLINE preregistration

Paper Mail-in Preregistration

If you wish to use a paper "Mail-in Preregistration” form to preregister, request one from MÂCHÉ at 763-717-9070; 866-717-9070 or info@mache.org. MAIL-IN preregistrations must be postmarked by March 16. After March 16, you will need to register ONLINE or ONSITE. The fees are listed below.

Paper Onsite Registration

If you wish to use a paper "ONSITE Registration" form to register onsite the day of the conference, you may request one from the attendant in the registration area at the venue. Please NOTE that the $25 member discount is not available to those who use the paper ONSITE registration form. Due to the enhanced security of our new website, our registration volunteers are not able to login to your account to give you the member discount. The fees are listed below.

FAQs about Registration

  • Why is the fee structure so different this year? There is one price for both members and nonmembers. However, members who login to their member account before they register for the conference will receive a $25 dollar member discount at checkout. Make sure your membership is current and that you are logged in to your account before you begin registration for the conference. Registration opens on January 1, 2013.
  • How can I know if my membership is current? To determine if your membership is current, login to your MÂCHÉ account. You do not need to be a member to login to your MÂCHÉ account. If you do not know your private password, the web server will send a temporary login password to your email address. You will then be asked to create a new password. After you are successfully logged in and if you are a current member, you will see a page with the following information:

       If this information is NOT showing on the page, your membership is NOT current.

  • Can I purchase my MÂCHÉ membership when I register ONSITE and receive my member discount? We hope you will join MÂCHÉ and receive all the member benefits! One of those benefits is the discount that members receive on conference preregistration fees.
    • If you wish to join MÂCHÉ and receive the member discount on your conference registration, you must log in to  your own account and purchase (pay for) your membership, and then register yourself for the conference.  You will  then receive the $25 member discount on the checkout page. You can do this at the venue, but you must do it yourself online using your own smartphone, tablet or laptop.
    • If you choose to use the paper on-site registration form at the venue, you cannot receive the $25 member discount. Due to the enhanced security of our new website, our registration volunteers are not able to log in to your account  and cannot give you the member discount.
  • If my membership is current, can I receive the member discount ONSITE? Even current members cannot receive the member discount if they choose to wait to register onsite with a paper ONSITE registration form. If you wish to receive the member discount on your ONSITE conference registration, you MUST login to your own account and register yourself ONLINE using your own smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
  • Do you have any special deals on the registration fees? Conference volunteers have their registration fee completely waived when they are placed in a position of service. See “Work Scholarships” in the General Information pages for more information about this. For the lowest fee, register ONLINE at www.mache.org by January 31, 2013.
  • Should I preregister early to get the best price, even if I think there is a possibility that I would volunteer to serve? If you think there is a possibility that you would volunteer to help at the conference, please do NOT preregister. It will save you and MÂCHÉ time and money for you to contact MÂCHÉ early about volunteering. We will have one of the team coordinators contact you to discuss the opportunities and then, if you accept the responsibility, you will be given a special code to waive your fee when you register.
  • If after I preregister I find that I cannot attend the MÂCHÉ conference, do I get a refund? If a refund becomes necessary, MÂCHÉ will refund 50% of the preregistration fee, provided we receive your written request by April 6, 2013. Name tags must not be picked up. The envelope containing your name tag(s) is our only way of knowing that you did not attend. All refund requests will be processed after the conference. It may take up to 12 weeks for you to receive your refund.
