Conference Volunteers Are Needed! 

MÂCHÉ could not produce a conference of this magnitude without the wonderful volunteers that we have had over the last 30 years.  We all owe a great deal of thanks to these willing helpers.

Once again, we are asking for volunteers to help us with our annual conference. MÂCHÉ is able to provide a limited number of work scholarships to adults and students (16 years of age or older at the time of the conference) who are willing to serve fellow homeschoolers for approximately six hours during the conference. In return for your service, you will receive a complimentary conference registration for you and your spouse. Student volunteers will receive a complimentary conference registration.

MÂCHÉ will reserve the right to assign workers where they are most needed.

Prerequisites to Serving.

Volunteers must be current MÂCHÉ members and membership must extend through the date of the conference. (Log in to your account and look in the middle of your screen under "Expiring Roles" to find your membership expiration date.)

Volunteers must have attended at least one MÂCHÉ conference in the past

Student volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and willing to work independently as a student volunteer

Do NOT pay for your conference registration prior to being confirmed as a volunteer and receiving your Volunteer Coupon Code from your coordinator. Volunteers who register without the Volunteer Coupon Code and later request a refund will be subject to MÂCHÉ's stated refund policy which provides a 50% refund of the conference registration fee.
