2012 MÂCHÉ Conference - Friday and/or Saturday

Dear Registrant,

Welcome to MÂCHÉ's new website and online registration system! To make your conference registration a pleasant experience, we've included a few guidelines:

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT:

To obtain the 'member-discount' for your conference registration you must first 'login' to your account.

• Click on Login in the upper right corner of any page on the website and enter your login identifiers (email address and password).
• If you experience difficulty logging in to your account, contact MÂCHÉ.
• DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT - if you are a member, your membership is attached to your existing account.

Upon successful login to your account, verify that your member-discount is current (has not expired).

• Each time you login, your User Account page displays specific information about your account. 
• Look in the middle of your screen for “Expiring Roles” and a line of text indicating the date when your membership will expire
• If you don’t see the Expiring Roles section, then you are not a MÂCHÉ member.
• If your membership has expired, click on the Membership tab and purchase a membership (pay for a membership).
• The generic text "Member for (Years) (Months) (Weeks) (Days)" refers only to how long you have had an account on the website.

It can take up to 24 hours (after you purchase a membership) for your member-discount to activate.

• Wait for 24 hours and then come back to the website and login again.
• When the User Account page displays, verify that your member-discount is current.
• You can then register for the conference and receive the member-discount.

Member discounts for conference registration items will be applied at checkout.

• You will not see any member-discount when you make your conference registration selections.
• The member-discount will appear at checkout.

BEFORE YOU PAY FOR YOUR ORDER. . .

• Please verify that the member-discount applied to your order in checkout is correct.
• If you entered a volunteer code, make sure the volunteer discount was applied.
• If you feel there is an error, contact MÂCHÉ.
• DO NOT pay for an order if you disagree with the calculation.

Payment with your credit card is FINAL . . .

• Enter your credit card information ONLY AFTER you agree with the order calculation.
• On the Review Order page, carefully review your order one last time before you click Submit.
• Missed discounts CANNOT be applied to your purchase AFTER credit card payment has been made.
• MÂCHÉ will NOT cancel your order or issue you a refund if you discover later that you missed the member-discount.
