Sam Youngs

Sam is Adjunct Professor of Worldview and Christian Thought at Bryan College and Adjunct Professor of Religion at Chattanooga State Community College. He earned his B.A. in Religious Studies and Literature at the University of South Florida and his M.A. in Religion at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. While earning his graduate degree he served as both a research assistant and a teaching assistant in the areas of philosophy and theology.

Sam is a longtime colleague of Summit Ministries, which specializes in intensive conferences for high school and college age students, focusing on apologetics, engaging the culture, and reaching people for Christ. After serving as a Summit counselor for two years, he was promoted to the Director of the Men's Staff in 2010, which focused intensely on staff training and discipleship.
